Family at Heber Valley Camp

Jennifer was camp director for her ward this year.  Got to spend a whole week with her her.

She invited our neighbor, Megan Hatch to be their special guest speaker.

Bart and his son Trent came up with their wards 'Father and Sons' outing.  They helped cut and stack firewood for a service project.

One of the camp host missionary dared Bart to eat a big carpenter ant, which he did.

When we came by to see how they were doing, Bart had to show me what he dared to do.  I took this picture right after he had stuck the ant in his mouth.

Evidently the ant wasn't going to give up his life without a fight.  Bart got the tail end in and bitten off, but the ant bit his finger with it big jaws and wouldn't let go.  LOL

Trent was smarter than his dad, and did not participate in the ant eating activity.

Alleen came up with her Relief Society for a weekend retreat.

Most all of them climb up a 20 foot pole-

Walked across another 20 foot pole-then zip lined back down.

Caleb came the next weekend with his YA group.  I stole him for about 2 hours to help me clear one of the many trails here at camp.
More family to come in July.  Can't wait.
